Textile/handcraft tour of Egypt (9 days)

Day 1—Cairo: Arrival in Cairo, capital of Egypt. Welcome by our guide at the international airport of Cairo. Transfer and check in to your 3 stars hotel. Free evening to discover this major city of the world.

Day 2– Cairo: Today, we will visit the mysterious pyramids of Gizeh and the Sphynx: an unforgettable moment for all travelers. After the lunch we will visit Kirdasa (village in south of Cairo).

Day 3– Cairo: Visit of El Khalili and Kharania. In the evening, air conditionned first class train to Luxor.

Day 4– Luxor: Arrival in Luxor. Check at hotel 4 stars de lux. Visit of the great Karnak temple.

Day 5– near Luxor: Visit of Nagada and Towirat villages. They are both at 65 km from Luxor.

Day 6– Luxor: Visit Saint-Bachomious convent. This convent opened in 284 A.D and monks still use Coptic language.

Day 7– near Luxor Visit of a gorgeous village & handmade stone.

Day 8– Luxor and Cairo You will enjoy a free morning in Luxor. In the evening, air conditionned first class train to Cairo, capital of Egypt.

Day 9– Cairo: Coptic cairo and departure . The holy family came to Egypt when Jesus was child to fled roman persecution. These places were converted in church Transfer to airport.
